Quickbooks Printing Checks?

ok so I have QB Pro 2007 and I'm trying to print off single checks thru the envelope feeder, and it prints as if I'm feeding it as a letter as opposed to sideways. I called tech support and they were trying charge like $50 to help me for a day! So if anyone can help me, it would be awesome! IT would be even better if you have yahoo, msn, or AIM messenger so i could talk to you while performing the task.

Are you using Computer style checks? or regular checkbook checks? Using the checkbook checks is going to be a tricky procedure, since QB checks are set up acording to a template in the software. Checkbooks checks are not designed for this type of function. I dont know which type of printer, possibly use the bypass instead? The layout could be different from the default check template
